Welcome back our Lovely Year 3s!
We hope that you have had a well deserved week off, and enjoyed precious time with your family! We cannot wait to hear about the memories you have made.
As we continue our Home Learning into Spring Term 2, Key Stage 2 has implemented some changes to the daily home learning. Myself and Mrs Morgan are now back in school and we have carefully put together an organised timetable, outlining how the day will be run and what is expected from you eager learners!
(Can I just add that we have been so impressed already with your positive attitude towards the learning!)
The timetable that has been put together will show ‘Live Learning’ on it. Live Learning will be done Via Microsoft Teams on a Daily Basis @ 10am – 11am. We will be able to introduce the next topic / genre of learning.
Live Learning also gives us the opportunity to teach you new skills, recap old ones, move your learning on and give you ways forward or next steps.
The timetable has been uploaded below. We are aware that it may look daunting at first, but, please do not panic as I have recorded a video explaining it in more detail. (This has been uploaded to SeeSaw)
Week beginning 22.02.21 planning has also been uploaded, followed by the worksheets that you may want to print off. If not, you have been tagged in them on SeeSaw J
We cannot wait to see your faces on our first Live Learning @ 10am on Tuesday 23rd February!
Thank you for your continuous support and positive feedback.
Miss Anderson and Mrs Morgan
Hi Year 3,
Overviews of home learning can be found on our website but work will also be set on SeeSaw and will go live everyday at 9am. There will be a message from staff everyday for you to see too.
You will need to download the SeeSaw app rather than the SeeSaw for parents app or login on a computer and use your QR code. If you require help then just contact the school or email the class teacher or firstname.lastname@example.org. sch.uk.
There will be 3x Math and 3x Literacy work set over the week. A whole school project has been created so that if children have siblings they can follow the same topic. You can pick the activities you wish to complete and complete as many as you like. You will be sent this through seesaw but also by viewing the project tasks from the class page section or our topic section. Please share any work you do with us on SeeSaw.
Try Reading for ten minutes every day using https://www.activelearnprimary.co.uk/login?c=0;
If you need any help please get in touch via SeeSaw.
